Hey thanks!  It is nice to bust out a real cello once in awhile.  I've got nothing at all against synths, I think they're pretty incredible, but there's something about the sound of a real acoustic instrument that they still can't quite capture.  Thanks for listening!

Thanks!  And by all means, the more cello the better.  Chops are overrated anyway.  Mine have certainly deteriorated a lot over the years.

Thanks!  A little dog collar jangle never hurt anything and maybe even enhances it. 

  Yeah, I used to be really good at it.  Like took lessons and played in the school orchestra and could play Bach sonatas by memory.  I can't do that anymore mostly due to laziness about practicing and letting my skills rust, but I can still do a little bit on it.  I used it on a couple tracks earlier this year, but I agree I need to use it more in conjunction with some acoustic guitar and singing.

That's a good idea.  Kind of a dog collar tambourine.   Just might have to use that.

  Thanks!  It's a pretty good cello I think.  I've had it since high school when I was serious enough about playing that I wanted to get a halfway decent instrument. It's not like a stradivarius or anything, but it was a good cello for the level I was at.
