God's Bitch

By Cosmic Cairns on August 17, 2016 3:52 am

A hectic work schedule this week has left me feeling a little beaten down.  Kind of like the whipping boy for the universe. It also means not a ton of time for recording.  So here's an instrumental I whipped up.

Nice drive.

If you're gonna be a bitch, might as well go to the top...

True.  It's better to be God's bitch than, say, David Hasselhoff's bitch.

After listening to this i think i could imagine what your week was like big_smile
If i take the flute i guess you wished it would be weekend at wednesday evening...

Yes, this number is not the same CC like the weeks before, hanging around with his Bosspedal. But, I could find into this song as well and can receive your adrenaline.

Sounds like the soundtrack of a busy week.
(Makes me think of what it would sound like if someone tried to play Philip Glass along with a drum machine that was set much faster than the correct tempo.)

I did wish it was the weekend.  Unfortunately I also had to work on Saturday last week.  Like I said, crappy week.  Luckily this week's looking much better.

Thanks!  I had to dash something off.  But it's sort of nice to be forced to do something different some weeks, too.  Don't want to get too predictable.  smile

That's an interesting idea.  Might have to try something else with that concept sometime.  smile

Why did you name the same person twice?  smile

I suppose I shouldn't disrespect the Hoff like that.  After all he's a musical and acting legend.

Cool kaleidoscopic effect created with the organ and flute sounds fluttering around the driving beat.  Nice work! smile

Love that title. This feels like a busy work day for sure, I know the feeling.

Thanks.  Yeah I think it can be a cool effect to juxtapose some chaos with a driving beat like that.

I'm sure we all have at some point.  I'm glad every day isn't like that though.  smile

Thanks!  It would definitely be fun to get a jam session going on sometime.
