This definitely has a feverish feel to it.  Maybe the beginning of a nyquil induced sleep?   Especially once the reversed section starts   trippy!

  Thanks!  Sometimes things happen by accident that just seem perfect once they're in there.  And I think I am finally feeling a little better. 

  The reversed section really did seem to mirror the way I was feeling pretty well!

Love the feel of this piece - there's a couple of those guitar lines which really remind me of Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds, and that really adds to the keening sadness for me!
