Here we go again! I'm very excited. That being said, one of my goals is minimalism this year. So here we have two unprocessed guitar tracks, no compression, no reverb, no EQ, plus one track of sounds that happened to occur in our house when i listened to the song again. This latter track has Logic Pro X reverb and a low cut filter. I was on the fence about the atmo, because children's voices are a tad cliche, but then again, I got them around, so why not. I liked the tone of the guitar in this one. It has some very bell-like moments, not quite sure how that happened.

Beautiful development, the kids voices are a bit cliche but the guitar sounds so resonant and sustained even with no fx.

Glad you're back!  Your dual guitars sound perfect together with fantastic tone.  I like.

Minimal and elegant! Very nice guitar sound.

I was waiting eagerly for you to return, Christian! Hope we could find some time and finish that EP.

Track's gentle and beautiful. Maybe some really subtle mastering to take it to 0db level, maybe?. Otherwise, I'm really amazed and jealous because you can always achieve so much with so little.

Wonderful first song of many to come, I hope smile

Great playing :-)  Enjoying your tone too.  Is that a Maton by any chance?

Very nice guitarplaying.

Nice. The low level really forces one to listen intently.

There will be lute again in future posts, I hope?

Lovely tune. Nice way to start!

If children's voices are cliche, I like cliches. Good sound. Put it on Splice.

No, it's a Hensel -- was passed down to me by my grandfather. Don't know Maton.

Yeah now that I have my good headphones, I guess I should have at least normalized some... Thanks for listening, I look forward to the year!
