Regeneration

During a walk home from work I spotted a ballet dancer on the other side of the canal. Luckily I had brought my camera and was able to capture the moment. This track was ultimately inspired by that moment, however it wasn't until I finished it about an hour ago I realised this was the moment I truly felt free last year, after having dealt with some issues (and covid restrictions that were lifted at the time). Hence the title "regeneration".
