I try to find the positives in even the speediest of speedtrash and I can report that the beat is nice and the swooshy synths create a cool atmosphere. Sounds like it could be the basis of something a little more fleshed out. Might be worth revisiting at some point.
You're making music and you're still uploading stuff. Sometimes the grind is the point, even when it feels like you haven't done anything. 
The habit is the key! Don't let it down every week and then inspiration and time strike again.
It is something... I did "speedtrash" this week too. Not too proud of it but it is there. I have to agree, synths gives a nice ambiance.

Week objective accomplished. Do you have a kit mic'd, or are the drums through a drum emulator. Sounds really nice if it's just samples.
