Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Beautiful track. Really lush sound to it. And as mentioned above, nicely polished. Reminds me a strongly of the atmospheres Marconi Union creates.
This is excellent, I can't say a single bad thing about this track.
Real world analog sounds are always a delight! And what you did afterwards is utter brilliance! Perfect for background music in game/movies. This has nothing I can critic / provide suggestions on!
Just a few tracks in first week, and I'm actually considering asking some of you if they'd be interested in working with me in my movie projects, or provide the tracks for such use. 
I do it for clients through mQube (mQube.in). Working on my 2nd and 3rd movie project these days. 
For now, I'll just add this to my favorites. 10/10 
Love it. On first listen, the melody bits emerged unforeseen from the ambient background and gave me a chill.
Ah. Love this type of atmospheric. One goal this year is to learn to do it well. I have a long way to go

Where's the field recording from? Are you planning to develop this type of sound throughout WB? As bgrier said, I'd be also interested in learning more on how to achieve this type of sound, would you care to share some tips on how you do it?

@BMTS: The field recording is of an asphalt cutting tool at one of my job sites (I'm an environmental engineer by day). :-)
Dark and lovely. Reminds me of the soundtrack of Memento, or perhaps Twin Peaks.
