Hey there! I hope everyone is well in these extraordinary times.
For this track, I took some inspiration from early 80's Jacno. I recorded the MIDI parts into a Squarp Pyramid sequencer from my synths and then recorded the arrangement live in one take from my mixer. I've been using this process for a bit now and it's lots of fun.

Hey hey! Glad you made it back here. Fun, upbeat track to start the year. Definitely gives off happy vibes. I'm all about trying to make this year as fun as possible and this is a good vibe as far as that goes.
Nice melodies and composition. I love your process and am embracing similar techniques myself.
I feel like the track would be a little more cohesive with louder drums (as it gets a little superfluous as the melodies go higher and more voices are added). Louder drums would ground and center the track a little more, in my opinion. I understand why you would NOT raise the drums as well.
