This week, I used a sketch that I started last year. The sketch had a few guitar lines, bass and a beat. I ended up redoing most of the bass, adding acoustic guitars, some synths, changed up the beat, and added some vocals. Most of my work on these weekly beats have been happening at the end of the week with little inspiration earlier in the week. I guess the looming deadline lights a fire under my ass and things start to fall into place.

This is great!

Put a smile on my face on this grey Monday morning, very nice!

Now you have me whistling, and I don't do that too often smile
Wonderful organic sound, indeed great for getting in a positive mood on a Monday!

Very nice--great organic song, very catchy.  Puts something about the high melody line brings to mind St. Vincent there.  Well done.

Wow! Fantastic track. The whistling part had me smile!

that sound blows my mind...it is also well mixed, I might want to say. gorgeous work as usual

I love seeing what people can do in a week. Your work and this site are super cool!

PS, i think you look like my friend Ben M.

This track really surprised me, quite different from most of the tracks on here, a very welcome addition, great vocals

awesome sound on the vocals and it has a sort of old west feel to it but with a nu twist.  Nu-Folk? Either way I like it and love the instrumentation surrounding the vocals.

This is stunning! Beautiful production and well-rounded sound throughout too smile well done!

Very nice as usual!  You've got mad production skills.
