Starting December 29th 2025 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

This week has been pretty crap and a lot going on and my mental health has suffered a bit, but sometimes you brave the world and put on a fake smile and everything seems okay when deep down you know you are hurting but trying to be positive about everything
