Willing (Remake)

Okay, I've been bad, having missed the last two weeks due to lame, pathetic excuses. I'm back with a new version of a song I originally recorded for Week 8 of this Challenge. I was not satisfied with the original version, so I decided to re-record it using a warmer German piano rather then the brighter Japanese piano. I also slowed the tempo, and used some subtle fluctuations to tempo to enhance the dynamics throughout (I guess you can get away with this on instrumental solos). Recorded in Ableton Live 11 and mastered in Audacity 3.6. Thanks for listening. -- RCN

Really enjoyed those uplifting chords specifically at the :35 mark and the :56 change up as well.  There's no rule about missing a week or eleventy.. You do what you can when it feels right! smile  Good to hear ya back!

Yeah, we all do what we can, when we can. And I know that my creative engine is not always running.  Sometimes it needs to rest.  Thanks for listening and the feedback. Appreciate it.

Nice! I like the warmth of the German piano. The relaxed rubato playing further contributes to the warmth and "aliveness" of the piece

Thanks. I play "rubato" a lot.   lol

Very comfortable flow and warm tones. A very good time.
