Kate Coffee

Knowing I was going to be out of town for 8 days, I was tempted to do two songs last week and keep one around to upload this one. Instead I did nothing and planned on forcing myself to do some lgpt tracking in hotels.
While visiting the National Cemetery at the Presido, I came upon a gravestone for Kate Coffee, Army Nurse Corps, August 1 1929. I thought about the horrors seen, sacrifices made. I wonder if anybody fancied young Kate, pined for her.
Because, with a name like 'Kate Coffee' - how could I not fall in love with her a little myself.
