Lost In Illusions

For this week's piece, I decided to incorporate a new piece of gear, a Behringer JT-4000 Micro!

After building out a sparse set of elements, I used the Midi Out module in Reason to connect to my JT-4000. After recording the different elements with the JT-4000, I created the arrangmemnt.

I then added effects, mixed (combining similar parts using busses), EQd and mastered the track.

That was like rocky road ice cream. Thick and lush, but with all those rhythmic bits scattered throughout. Ambient yet not. Love it. Also has me pretty excited for my JT4000 (when it finally shows up!)
