OK, so you're heading to the airport from MAGFest preparing to fly back home, and the iPad that you were going to use to whip out a track has only 10% battery left because you're a dumbass dude.  you have an hour left before you gotta get on that plane.  what do?

I dug around my laptop's archive of mega-old tracker tunes (we're talkin' 2002!) and found this little number that i had originally wanted to expand on for a long time, but then just forgot about in the intervening years.

There was some (i think) cool rhythmic work being done here, but that's about all it has, and not much else.  Hey, is it over a minute?  cool, arrange and clean it up a little, bounce a wave, convert to MP3, upload.  it'll have to do for this week.  And frankly, I probably lack the drive to really do what i was originally intending with this track (not that i even had very much of an idea in the first place).

Because it's an early 2000s tune, it probably has samples from radix, skaven, and a bunch of other tracker scene musicians that would probably gangbeat me in a street corner (because that's sceners do obvs).

A track worthy of TiS! This is OG Retro!

This is the dramatic theme song to the "Bryface forgets to charge his music making device" episode.

Oh those chords are juicy.

Man, this sounds excellent. Glad to see you back again for a new WBYear!

And now I see real men never leave the house without a copy of this:

... and BTW: the demo audience wants to see the original module effects column so we could steal that kicass tape-stop effect for our own productions wink

Really nice beats all around, dem demoscene pads too!
PS: This is not what demosceners do ;P

Awesomesauce!

Smells just as good as the early 2000s.

nice one

Lovely Beat, love the strings

Very nice chill vibe. I like the chords the most I think.

chill synths, groovy beats, v nice

Getting really cool vibe from this one. Sunrise over a megapolis of printers, sewing machines and robo cleaners. Fav.

That's a lot of impulse tracker tracks!!  Love the retrigs!  Ohhhhh and that choir pad.... swwwweeeeet!!   Miss ya mate  *hug*
