Yeah, I don't really write "normal" synthwave, but that's because I feel like the genre needs to progress outside of what it's been known for. My last full-length album, DARK HAMILL, was a sort of a hybrid synthwave record, and it did pretty well.
I produce everything in Ableton Life. The softsynths on this one are mostly the Roland Cloud collection and ImpOSCAR2.
