W10: Taneler ve Taneler

I'm working on a new terminal based music app, this time it's sample based and it's called "taneler". It's mainly inspired by Torso S-4 and it contains only the stuff I tend to use with my S-4 (meaning no poly track) and contains a couple of features I always wished it has. It's WIP but I feel like it's very close to an initial release.
