Love the different accentuations throughout. Have you ever listened to Steve Reich? It’s a similar sound (excluding your guitar melody that came in). It’s basically a mega-extension of slowly changing the rhythms interweaving over the course of several minutes. I’d recommend New York Counterpoint or skipping around Music for 18 Musicians.
Oh it's a shame it's not any longer, what a great ambiance and tune. I moved a bit away from chiptune in the last decade but stuff like this is definitely what attracted me to it in the first place... Something so digital and limited turned into something nostalgic, warm and emotional. Great work!
btw I am stealing this for a radio show episode intro
(took a break over the summer but should be back at it in fall)

Thanks! I'll have a listen!

Thanks! I had limited time and had to finish it in the car
I'm very honored that you feel I captured that feeling. It's something I really love about chiptune and I'm blushing a bit that you think I might have got close.

I'll be listening out, lemme know when it happens!
