Underdome Scrappers

Tis the start of spooky season!
This week's track was all recorded yesterday while at work. I promised some sick guitar riffs this week and by the Webster's dictionary definition of 'sick' being 'affected with disease or ill health' I'd say I've delivered.
The guitar mixing needs work for sure. Lead is too shrill and the rhythm and lead share too much space making it mucky. The timing is slightly off between them as well due to the limitations of recording into the M8 being that it can't playback samples (i.e my rhythm guitar) while recording a new sample (my leads).
Still it's a fun track and could benefit from a revisit later.

Actually sick big_smile I generally love the combo of electric guitars and psy-trance, so this was perfect

Awesome fx fills and buildups throughout this.  From the lil filter effects that sort of pan out and those sweet 909 snare fills everything has such a nice push and pull.  Oh hail yais guitar licks! \m/ Gave me some Moby feels when he was incorporating his guitar a bit more into his 303 filled tracks in the late 90s.  Loving this combo!

fuggin' rips!
had to drive our (very sweet & polite) prius to the rental place and rent a proper TOUGH CAR to drive around and blast this on the rrrradio

Thank you! I really dig it too. It's a great crossroads

The fills are the masterwork of Neon Liminal my brother. I had burnt out on the track and he helped me fill it out with all those transitions and 909 fills.

It's not the size of the car that matters, it's the size of the rage inside of it.
