The long road ahead

By BarristerPlong on November 16, 2024 11:01 pm

This chord progression has been dancing on my fingers for a while now. Felt it was time to actually record it. It's sad and lonely with a touch of spooky. A lone wanderer treading the dark woods with only a dim lantern to guide them.
I feel like I have a whole lot to say, but lack the eloquence to express it all.
Everything is hard and I'm feeling it.

i think the song says it all, buddy.
thank you for this heart

Hope this was cathartic for you as it was for me. Thanks!
Great work!

That was lovely, absolutely a mood. Beautiful composition and performance. It’s a candle in the darkness, and I appreciate the light. Thank you.

Yeah, it's definitely an emotional piece to flow into.

Thank you! It sounds really great on an accoustic too.

Love the tone of the guitar in this.  Very easy to zone out and get lost in those lower ostinato notes.  Excellent work!

Absolutely beautiful heart I loved every second of this

Now I know what ostinato means! The tone is just a Roland jazz chorus with a friendly dollop of reverb.
