The Dreaming Machine

Very simple and short piece of ambience this week (no time for anything more sequenced music). Short and sweet... the strange sound in the beginning, middle and the end is actually a curious error that my Roland JD800 nowadays does in the multimode... actually it doesn´t do anything else! The single mode (using just one program) is luckliy OK, but there´s something wrong with it and I just wanted to save the glitch sound for some track and here it is.

Otherwise, this is Micromoog doing that two step pulse and the ambient textures added with the JD800 and my trusty Korg O1w/fd.

A lovely slice of ambience.  The string-like sounds are really nice.  The speedup near the end was cool and unexpected. Bummer to hear about the glitching equipment, but at least you managed to get a cool sound out of it.  I remember once way back in my 4-track days in the 90's, my guitar pedal was making this crazy glitched out distorted noise that it wasn't supposed to.  I managed to record it, and then it never did it again, which was good, but I was glad I captured the noise, too.

Spacey! Super cool glitch you captured, and I really love that two-step pulse. Very nice ambient synths/pads added in here and there to complete the vibe, thanks for sharing.
