And so begins the last quartal of the WB 24!  For that occassion I did a rather melodic track, that builds up slowly. I am not quite happy with the rhythm sounds that come in by the ending, but maybe I will rework this if I find the time.
A copuple of days ago I was playing at an ambient music festival in Pori, Finland. I was one third of a line up (basically it is a band called Elektronik Musik Gruppe LuxOhr), that made a live electronic soundtrack for Paul Leni´s "The Man who Laughs" from 1928. It is one of the last films of the silent age and is especially famous for being the inspiration for the character Joker. It is a great movie and we have composed a soundtrack for it, which will be released in an album form in the future. So this one has taken my music time lately, understandably I hope. Therefore I have not been too active here commenting on other´s great tracks in the recent weeks. But I will get back to them soon...better late than never smile.

But here is this one, the usual gear in use. The first lead is a real analog sythn and the other is an ipad emulation, so here is old and new stuff in equal parts at the front...

Man, this is an awesome musical gift. I love to listen to this solosynth. Had some legendary Pink Floyd memories. Bravo!!!

that fest sounds super fun and i would have loved to experience the live soundtrack!

thank you for sharing this music, really lovely sounds and playing. i think it is really cool how we can hear the blending of older gear and technology with modern tools, and how creativity and spirit can shine through. in spite of the shit-shows going on in the world, there is a lot of beauty and inspiration to be found
