Factory in sunset

By Ashen Simian on February 4, 2024 4:21 pm

a bit more industrial piece with somehow desolate feeling. I did this completely without any kind of sequencer, using just LFO-pulse for the sound you hear at the very beginning.

The gear was Ensoniq Fizmo, Elka Rhapsody, Roland V-synth and a couple of Ipad synths (Grain Science and Sunrizer).

The beginning gave me the feeling of being in the hospital with the high pitched beeping being like the machines and the other sounds being garbled voices that I can't quite understand because I'm out of it.  Then as the track builds I feel like I've floated out of the hospital bed and arrived somewhere else that's strange, lonely, but also kind of beautiful.  It's a cool journey for sure.

Haha, nice associations. I know what you mean.

This factory seems to make the chillest music.
