Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Very simple and straightforward synth boogie, no real leadline melodies or fancy effects. Just a rolling backing and drum patterns and floaty chords. Next week something with more depth, I think. But I like this one too 
. BTW, I bought an used Roland TR-8 rhythm unit and here it is having its test drive.

Almost excessively pleasant. Lots of fun, almost-but-not-quite retro sounds & a nice, dreamy atmosphere. Loving the floaty chords!
This has a really upbeat quality to it. Gives me the feeling of driving around in a convertible with the top down on a sunny day near the beach.
