Much slower piece than last week. I tried to make something weird, but ended with a rather melodic progression. Somehow it just took that course. The mood reminds me somehow of Brian Eno´s Ascent (the B.E. number everyone has heard in documentaries etc), though much heavier.

The gear I used was Yamaha QY70 for sequences (driving Moog Slim Phatty, Roland JV1080 and Korg Wavestation rack), Korg ES-1 for beats (all my own samples), Korg O1/Wfd and DX7 for pads, some effects also with a Korg Polysix.

Can´t wait for the next week to begin smile

Damn, those pads are so luscious. Love how much this builds up too.

Dig the chilled and relaxed vibe for most of it's run, but wow, it gets quite anthemic towards the end there.  Nice work.

Epic. Great work

Purely inspirational!

Thank you, again. I think I will try to make a track that starts big and then fades away, one day wink

Thank you all! That organic lushness is what I try to do here, I am glad that you get the vibes smile

Sometimes melody is hard to avoid like musical predestination. Strangely enough this struck me as vaguely Eno-like in his production elements of U2's Joshua Tree album and I saw you referenced Eno as well. Beautiful layering of synthesizers with skill and restraint. Very uplifting. So happy to be hearing your work again for 2020!

A blissful, soaring track, very lovely!

Thanks guys!  Eno is one of my heroes, so I very easily go to that direction...especially in major key stuff.
