Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

this time its lazy, jazzy, late evening ambience with light rhythms. Low lights, nothing to do, really... the usual gear in use. Micromoog bass, Elka and Polysix strings, melodies and effects with Animoog (ipad) and Crumar DS-2.

It does sound like music robots would relax to, but I found it pretty enjoyable to chill with also.

My gosh, this is so smooth and gorgeous. That wily synth lead around the 3:00 mark almost sounds like Uilleann pipes at points, which is awesome.

Thanks!!! This sounds quite nice for me too and I am glad you liked it. I went for the texture and mood instead of any serious melody lines or solos as such.

I checked what sounds you are pointing at and it is actually an old MiniKorg 700S. It has a ring modulatos and using that rather lightly can give that reedy pipe sound....glad you like it!
