Sat down to clean up my template project, since I hate waiting for FL Studio to load. I planned to get rid of a VST I haven't used in a month to save a couple seconds on the project load time. After fiddling around with drum loops, I heard a harp type sound that I liked. I searched for harps, ended up clicking the first option--not a harp--and came up with this little track, where I practiced "panning arrangement" (is that a thing? I make panning selections more difficult than they need to be), and short versus long reverb for depth placement. I like how it came out, but I think I was overzealous with reverb and may have too much. I can't tell anymore haha.

This has a good groove to it. Feels like a cool one for you to come back to at some point to tinker with, maybe even build out into something bigger.
The reworking has already happened. I have been listening to Big Giant Circles over the past couple years, and he's always been my favorite artist for chiptune style music. While listening to the playback this afternoon, I got a couple ideas to drive the song forward. A couple sounds later, the track is starting to feel like something that could be, hopefully, a cool submission for next week.
I really like what you did with the strings, just all the strings, the piano, the hammered dulcimer and the plucks. You've got a place for all of them.
The mix of the string and the piano melodies work really well here
Def agree you mixed all those stringed instruments very nicely with that groovy beat. Nice work!
