Week one and we are away!

I had recently (Nov 2023) worked on some epic trailer music for a project and still had a bit of an itch to play around in the format. This is a mix of Kontakt libraries and a noise drone synth. The track was built around the drone synth and as it progressed in production, the drone synth sunk into the background.

The was amazing! I love the slow build - very creepy & moody, and I was happy with it. Then you added percussion, which I didn't know I needed. Then the choir!! Cinematic ear candy

The piano has so much room to bounce around, its creepy AF. I like how the drums come in towards the end. Well done!

No visuals and still I want to see this movie now

If this is the opening credits for weeklybeats, it's going to be a lot more tense than last time.  tongue

Sounds great; I especially liked it when the choir came in.

This is quite intense, and fits in many parts of a movie. Games as well.

Love the drone and the tension clock!

I'm pretty sure it would involve a long lost civilization and a witch queen, warning of a great evil in the mountains. The protagonist obviously goes up the mountain against the witch queens recommendation. The great evil awakens and confronts them, asking if they have heard of the unison midi pack... the horror...

Thanks! I love the choirs from 8dio for Kontakt. Pretty affordable banks (when they are on sale) and easy to tweak/shape.

I'll reprise it for the licensed game of the movie of the tv show of the radio play!

This was quite a ride, welcome back!

Don't forget the novelization, a good book needs a good soundtrack.
