Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

So this is just straight up synthwave BUT there are no risers, no drum fills, no leads. This is on purpose of course, to see if I could create tension and build-up from progression alone. I've heard acoustic songs that kind of have this vibe (e.g. Paul Kelly - How To Make Gravy) so why not try it in synthwave.
