A Concept of Reality

My attempt to make dubstep dreamy and flashy, but still deep and heavy. Really like working at 145bpm. Would have liked to add more sections to this, possibly doubling the length, but ran out of time this week. Also I'm still finding uses for Deanna's vocals long after the initial recording. I love Alan Watts as much as you all do, so there's more of that at the end. Hope you enjoy!!

pretty interesting track, i didn't really think of dubstep at all until i read your description. i think the length is about right. really like the mix and the space of it. the sample of the voice of the philosopher guy made it all stick together. maybe coulda used a transition into something new maybe a different time sig or a key change would be interesting.

Interesting rhythms. Nice range of sounds going on. Love how the vocal comes in. Cool message in the vocal too. Trippy.

Great track, really awesome drums and great sounds. I'd say you succeeded in your goal of trying to make dubstep dreamy and flashy whilst still being deep and heavy. Awesome job!

I wouldn't even call it dubstep as it is, more prog-electronic.

Love the drums and also is a great song!

Congrats dude!
