With Your Perfectly Symmetrical Friends

This is a tough one to describe... It is the first time this year I've started one thing, gotten frustrated with it, and scrapped it. But I always try to use what I scrap, so the track was sampled and chopped into those intro loops, which then, after a bit of wrangling and noodles for a few minutes, ended in the same place as I'd intended the original track to go, so I guess its all a big ouroboros having a little ouroboros as a treat. I hope the mix is ok, it was a struggle to get it sounding nice on anything but headphones, but who uses anything else these days, huh?
Enjoy!

listened on my top of the line studio speakers and had a good time smile it has a happy vibe, things fit together. I guess it could pump harder or have some more low end or whatever but then again it's also a chill track so it's not a problem. It's also a fun title smile

it was nice reading about the process. tho I couldn't tell any of that happened from just listening.

Actually I just tried on headphones and it's pretty much the same (I love my acme cheap ass headphones that sound super flat and well rounded) but I tried also on a speaker I have that always pumps the bass way more than necessary and it does sound better for this track so maybe yeah. that would be my only criticism, otherwise really nice track!

i'm really enjoying this! very anthemic and emotionally charged. love the guitar you've got lyin' in the back

this is great but i'm just missing the low end somehow.

but love the nes arps and the overall fun upbeat vibe.  the cut ups are really cool

So the theme will be robots this year

I like the happy vibes from this, slow and mellow

Oh wow, this is so happy and chippy smile
