Everything seems pretty bleak out there, mentally and physically, but sometimes that is best used to make something new.
This started as a little loop of off the shelf drums chopped up and with reversed piano that was out of time due to bluetooth headphone delay. The rest kinda built from there. the headphone mix was loud and blown out, but I kinda liked it so tried not to touch it too much despite things getting pretty messy at the end.

Great synth sounds. Ahhhh yeeees that section at 1:37, what a groove. Love that distant vocal-sounding tone that gets carried with everything. What are you using for your synth sounds? You have a great ear to be able to pick what parts to push and pull forward, keeps everything feeling so dynamic. God that little groove at the end, so hip-hop sounding I just want it to keep going!
