Solar Collapse Now

alrighty there!
This week I tried to do something a little different, mostly I had to get my guitars back up to standard tuning after wallowing in drop C for week (ugh... love a bit of drop C tho..). So with everything getting darker here (like, literally with the nights drawing in, and I guess metaphorically because, well.. everything still feels pretty screwed in the UK..) I thought I'd try to aim for something a bit lighter! whiiiich didn't really happen, but I did try to keep my usual inclination to just go small BIG small BIGGER (or sbsB if you want to get technical) composition, and instead go for more of a jam on the bass and guitar, which then I added the NES and other bleepy things to.
Anyway.. enjoy

Really cool synth swells! Raw, but not overbearingly doomy, the dynamic and temperament is an empowering accompaniment to these trying times.

The small bits really feel nice, they make the big bits feel bigger.

NES sounds upbeat and triumphant!  Track title is a total downer!  wink
