Slightest Spirit

Me: This week I'll do a nice short track, something that won't take too long, will just be long enough to get some ideas out..
Also me: Shit it is over five minutes again...

Anyway... I found you can get a rather fun orchestral plugin from Spitfire Audio. It sounds.. ok? but it is fun! I've never relly been that fussed if things sound 'real', considering I'll just put delay and reverb on them.. but there are lots of nice string sound, and I've never really tried anything like that. You can hear it bubbling away behind the track. The ending was a last minute additonal where I thought "sod it, I'll put that at the end I guess".. Maybe I'll mess with the strings/horns more.. maybe not, nice to add a few new sounds though!

Oh I forgot to add, the other week I released a little book of the first 26 tracks/artworks! It was fun to make!

This weeks art!

soaring and lovely

Quite interesting how busy the song parts remain for most of it yet I find it worked quite well as there's lots of interesting sections throughout. Nice work with the collated release too.

Alonemusic in orchestral form, this can only be good. It's fascinating to hear what it would sound like with an actual orchestra, it's really, really good and if that plot with the robots is still a thing we might do, it could make for some interesting shifts.
