Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Another one-instrument experiment, this time featuring the electric bass. As such, it is probably the most minimal up to date, a sort of dark ambient that is more about texture than melodic content or development. I used some strange effects to process the sound but they are all from this instrument, no synths involved

wow, almost doesn't sound like bass, more like a haunting ghost of a cello, for just one instrument you really milked a full orchestra's range of voices out of this to set the scene so perfectly: got that floaty wandering vibe yet still with a concrete structure that makes it quite memorable as a song.
