M for Microfreak - Microfreak sampled tracker

Feeling inspired after 4 producers 1 synth + listening to a lot of old tracker tracks, so I made a 4 track in Renoise only with the Microfreak as the sound source.
First I made the drums by having a bit of a sound design session and recorded them directly to a drum instrument. When I played around I found that chord sound which was the base for the track. Next I made a variety of leads, bass and chord sounds to use later.
Since I wanted to make that chiptune sampled style from the old Amiga, I bit crushed the samples using the lofi plugin on the master track. listening to A for Amiga : Reach for the stars by cTrix (and a bit of stalking behind the track) I added effect chains at the sample level to add some spice and flavor.
With sounds and tracker in hand. I had a fun afternoon of piecing this song together. Next time I might play the Microfreak along side a song like this.
