Fractal Temple - Arturia Microfreak Meditation

By Aisjam on August 9, 2020 11:20 pm

After a real busy week I need to chill for this one. I pulled out the microfreak and began to replicate some meditation sounds and instruments.  The patch used the sample and hold function to randomize the oscillators to give a different feeling. the S/H rate is controlled by the pressure of the keyboard to create some glitches.

I wanted to test out Arturia's Delay Eternity and Reverb Intensity so I had a play with them too. After watching a few videos on buddist meditations. I put this little song together.

Very relaxing sounds indeed. Like clay pots and an oddly calming chanting.

Love the video, looks like the knobs are lit candles and the whole thing is an altar.  Perfect.
