Well, this is the first time I've done the entirety of the track on the final day of the week, and I'm pretty sure it shows!

I must have started about 5 different things today before I finally settled on something. I do think there's a few things to commend this track - I kinda like the groove it settles into for the second half and I was really pleased with the sample I worked in towards the end - but yeah I'm definitely classing this one as filler to keep the momentum up!

As god is my witness, I'll start next week's track earlier!

I usually try to listen to fellow wbers on mondays before work, and just so happened to be emptying the dishwasher while doing so, so of course this track caught my eye. didn't expect to be grooving to such a rolling track!

and I'd like to welcome you to the "last day of the week let's do this" club - one many of us, or at least myself, find ourselves in and don't want to be at for all time, but also an accomplishment in pushing through to be able to join at the buzzer. well done and now I'm also inspired to try to get started earlier this week!

i feel you with the last minute thing. it's part of the fun... kinda? i'm usually working on 3-4 tracks through the week and then decide at the last minute which one is going to get the finishing touches. i still end up racing against the clock lol

keep that momentum going!

Super snappy percussion on this one. I think my dishes get washed as a slower pace than this, but still a toe tapper!
