I've been trying to work with more subtle sounds lately and I've been enjoying the results!

However one issue I've noticed with creating less harsh music is that I need to turn up my monitors a lot more to properly mix it. Unfortunately my monitors are old and relatively small, so even turning them up all the way wasn't loud enough and it was beginning to crackle a bit sad. Looks like I'm going to need a better setup if I want to keep this going!

4/4 with some polymeters in 3, 120bpm.

Nice! Good use of polyrhythms. Mix sounds good on my (admittedly less than pro) speakers.
