Produced entirely on the Dirtywave M8 tracker.

I decided to take a break from the constant breaks (lol) and do something different this time around - a little jam using only MACROSYN on the M8.

This track was a challenge and is unlike anything I've ever written before, so I hope y'all enjoy.

Let me know what you think down below - always happy to hear feedback.

Man, this sounds freakin' AWESOME!!! You're making GREAT use of the plucked instrument here, super fun. I'm super interested to hear more from you in this realm, too!!! Nice work!

Epic! So many fantastic instruments here. Love that sustained bass.

I love this

Using only the macrosynth is a hell of a flex too. I'd never realize there was any kind of self-imposed limitation or constraint just by listening.

Wow! This is freakin rad smile I really like how hypnotic the plucked arp is. Really draws you in. Also, very impressive using a single synth engine to create a track

Oooh love the delays on the plucked synth.  It's a spooky hypnotic melody too.  The kick drum sounds so powerful with the bass! Awesome play between the drums and synths at 1:58.  \m/ Well done!

I love how the sound of the percussive guitar in the beginning matches with the percussion later on! This song gives me adventurous yet somber vibes, like the end of an indie movie where the protagonist has lost everything and is leaving the city and driving into the desert to start a new life.

I enjoyed it a lot!! Great m8 work smile heart

This is great, hope to hear more along the lines of this track, great use of the plucky synth, drums and the deep bass are mixed in really well.  The track has a laid back feel yet still a sense of energy and forward movement.

This feels like the fight score for a mythic warrior in the desert. That main four-note motif is an earworm. Agree with others how great the bass is and how well it's mixed in the track, and the same is true for how clean you're able to keep everything with that much delay. Love the switch at 1:34 where everything kicks into high gear: the octave-jumping ostinato, the sand-kicking snare picking up, the muted synth choir, all building tense energy without losing the lonely desert feeling I liked earlier. Nice work.

Great track. I really enjoy how both the pace and intensity increases in unexpected ways - a journey that goes places you wouldn't have predicted. And your m8 skills are excellent, really fun song!

This is so damn good. I adore the plucks, it has to be one of my favorite oscilators on the macrosynth.

Just came across this again and, holy shit, this rules. Needed to comment again, hahahaha...
