The Deadline Panic Jam

By Sub Delay on February 23, 2014 8:11 pm

Well, the title says it all... smile Was completely and utterly stuck this week so ended up just kinda jamming with some drums on Ableton Push, throwing together a rough structure and then editing a bit afterwards.
Pretty sure I messed up the mix/mastering on this one (again), must practice more! smile

This sounds very very good in my headphones. Nice deadline panic work. smile

mix sounds fine, good track

The simplicity really worked for me but It sure didnt sound simple. I really liked what you did in the end how you had two fake outs before you had the drop. If revisited expand those idears more!

great drums! a really excellent track despite the deadline panic. but sometimes that panic pulls things out of us we don't expect!

hell yeah, the beat is absolutely stunning. The breaks are to the point and the nice minimal touch with the synths is delicious. But this is only fan drivel smile

You were nicely stuck I'd say. I like it!

11:15, restate my assumptions: 1. Mathematics is the language of nature. 2. Everything around us can be represented and understood through numbers. 3. If you graph these numbers, patterns emerge. Therefore: There are patterns everywhere in nature.
12:50, press Return.

No reason to panic when the end result is this good!

This is tight man good sounds nice mix
