Permanent Driver I

By sinewave on October 26, 2014 4:11 pm

Frozen in a sitting position for all time, fused to the vehicle as he cruises around town living his life on all four wheels. The permanent driver.

Aleatoric stuff on OP-1 only. Pseudo-random playhead positions on a rhythm loop, and a couple of weighted, random sequences in various configurations. I fill up the step sequencer with a range of notes I want to play, with repeated notes for those I want to play more often, then trigger the sequence randomly, but according to certain preset patterns...once again, this needs some more exploration. So many ideas, so little time...

the ending! I mean it's all good but you really got me with that ending

The pseudo-randomness is a very interesting idea, and most importantly the end result is some very good music. Well done!

Excellent stuff--continually surprising!

Awesome stuff. big_smile
