Thank you! smile The vocoder patches are both stock presets from the microKorg, so pretty exactly 20 years this year.

Can't help but bop along to this. Definitely feeling the 80's aerobic energy others have mentioned. The leads cut through the mix nicely.

I really like the snare's exaggerated OOMF sound design sits so well with the 80s disco vibes, crazy cool sound. Your articulation is (across all your tunes) kind of insanely perfectly minimal: like the upward slide on the main lead that's awesome. Also, kinda equal parts neon head-band like Raja's gif, but kinda dark, too. Really really like this, and looking forward to like an EP of this synthy chip music. heart

Such joyful vibes

Fun!! Love the vocoder lead and wowiness.

Really cool sounds as per usual wink. The tune really kicks off half way where all the parts meet and the cathartic downward arpeggios showers a nostalgic soul in need of a cleansing/shower.

Thanks for the soothing music!

Oh yeah that 80s vibe and the vocoder lead (my son is now singing along the vocoder melody). That has so much character and feels like a tongue in the cheek track - love it. The synth lead with its slides towards the end of the track are really delicious!

Thanks a bunch! Glad you liked the oomph, especially since I went super minimalistic on the drums here. Listening in context with other music there is some treble and snappy elements lacking in the arrangement, buth I think I'll keep it bare boned when it's time for release (I think I'm about 4 songs into the one this song belongs in so far).

Thank you all for the comments! Even though I am a slow responder, I've read and appreciated your comments as they've popped up. Always inspiring to get feedback and a glimpse of your takes on the music. Kids singing along is a huge compliment! smile
