Oh damn, this one brings the funk RIGHT AWAY. That line at :42 is fantastic. Little bit of an Undertale feel! Love how staccato this piece is. Punctuated, but absolutely grooves. Awesome how you bring it back down at 1:44 and then send it in a slightly different direction. Like always, you have so many great themes, but they all gel together SO WELL. Fantastic track!

There is so much going on. I don't have the musical chops like Paisleyfrog to break down what works, but this is a serious groove and it sounds like it took a long time to pull together. The fact that you turned it around in a week is mind boggling.

thanks! i think i wrote it in about two hours and just spent the rest of the week tweaking and taking it on a few car tests. i am trying not to push myself too hard. it's all just for fun
