Honestly. I was way way way busier than normal this week. (that's 3 ways)

I had a couple sketches but this one was the most complete, so I just sawed off the edges and gave it a name. I wish I was able to have put more time and effort into it.. but I think I was still able to keep up my practice with the bass like I've been meaning too. Overall, not my best work, but probably not my worst either smile

What kind of bass practice are you doing? Actual 4 string non software, tactile physical bass?

Oh no...  All of the music I've done so far is software.. I just stick to midi tracks so far.  I feel like I'm going to have to diversify on that soon though..

I see that a lot of folks prefer to do drums in audio tracks and such. I've really been toying with frquencies and just the general balancing of the bass portions of the song... Also the kick drum, I tend to ramp that up pretty high compared to a lot of music.

ugh.. I'm sorry NWSPR. I meant to delete my own comment and accidentally deleted yours.

HA! DELETED! I guess I shouldn't have used so much profanity in my comments.

You definitely have a good bass tone in the track. Kick drum EQ is always a challenge for me as well.

Good work. Next time you can try not choosing one sketch in particular and instead put them together.
