"Due to the sheer size of Nowhere, large amounts of space in some areas are not densely inhabited. These areas are known as 'Derelict Prefectures', due to the fact that a lot of the time they seem completely devoid of inhabitants at all. These areas are known to be higher than others in illegal activities, as well as a place for some New Gods or immortals to resolve issues with a fight. The Second District of Nowhere is known to contain the highest percentage of space considered derelict, and thus it is called by some an 'Empty District'. The district is also known for its rich variation of small shops, concentrated in centers throughout the space."

This track was made using the same instruments as First District, as a sort of continuation of the last piece. Perhaps this will find itself turned into a full-fledged EP at some point? Who knows, I hope you enjoy it anyway.
