Enigmatic Wanderer

"The stranger, after many minutes, finally arrives at your location. They are wrapped in rags and covered in dried blood and dust, presumably from the destruction of the observatory structure. They walk up to you, and stand motionless right in front of you, their eyes peering deep into yours. You cannot shake the feeling that the strangers' eyes are actually your own, as if the stranger was another mind in the same body to the one you occupy. You reach out your hand as an offering of friendship, and the stranger takes your hand in theirs. Without a word, the two of you have reached the decision to help one another. You smile at the stranger, but your body can no longer continue operating with the damage it has taken. You slump to the ground, unconscious."

This track was heavily inspired by taiko drum performances, which I have been listening to almost non-stop after seeing Isle of Dogs in theaters (The film reminded me of just how large a taiko-shaped hole I had in my heart). It (hopefully) conveys a sense of uncertain safety and jolly co-operation.
