"Beat beta bug beast"

Got my m8 back! Getting it felt like christmas!

Got a busy week with a few deadlines coming up so didn't have much time to write anything for this week's WB. Since I got the m8 back, I decided to revisit some old sketches. This one was written by the time we were beta testing firmware 2.7 (?). Can't remember what exactly I was testing, but this beat got stuck in my head for a long time.

Loving that lead patch and the dirt on the drums! How much of that is done with post processing in ableton and how much of that is M8?

It's mostly the m8. I might have added some saturation in Ableton, but not a lot. I usually plug the m8 straight into ableton and record it's output, so any processing is done to the master.
