Arte contemporanea dos nossos dias

By xavier marques on August 18, 2024 10:50 pm

I've been trying to keep up with the weekly beats' workouts, where I try different production techniques and music ideas, but honestely, work's been keeping me busy, so I'm sharing a bit more of the soundtrack I'm working on.

This song appears in a moment where the characters are faced with a possible solution to their problems. They are surprised by how simple the solution seems to be, but I feel the mood of the song is a bit off with how they're being portrayed on screen.
Whilst getting a version ready to upload here, I tried a few different mixes and found a few tracks that might work toghether in a more minimalist setting. I might try going that way to see if it fits better.

See you next week!

Short and sweet. Love these synths.
- Devieus

Feels a little tense to start, but then unwinds into a focused progression forward. Really nice and clean synths, and definitely feeling the cinematic/soundtrack vibes. Nice track!

Man you do such a great job with texture and tension!

love the chord progressions here and agree with that_ranjit on the texture and tension!

I love to stretch sounds around and listen to the inbetweens. There's so much stuff there to explore!
