Rose-Tinted Glasses

By VCMG on April 8, 2012 5:16 am

This is currently the largest song file I've ever done in LSDJ at 20 blocks, and it's not even my longest song! Very proud of myself on this one.

Man, this is a good song!

awesome track!

20 blocks Decimal or 16 blocks Hex?  If it says "20" in the save screen, then I'm super impressed! (hehe... you gotta love it when it just counts up and up) Sounds like a lot of tables going on - and you've got a perfect handle on your L and V commands :-D. And your Wav channel... wow that break is magic with a passing HPF!! Very well programmed / composed - this would have taken aaaaages.  Are you coming to Blip Fest?!  You'll be playing it soon enough :-P

20 blocks decimal, so 14 blocks hex. I wrote this song in about 6 hours of work over the span of a day. And about Blip Fest, I totally wish I could go, but being in high school means that any big trips have to happen during breaks. There needs to be a Blip Fest West Coast or something tongue.

Hahaha big_smile Congrats on impressing the Trix!

Very well done! The high pass filter on the WAV is indeed mind-boggling.

great track!!! Good progression and melody!!!!

You must teach me your ways of LSDJ!!!!

I like the end, it reminds of an old movie. smile

Impressive.

I think this is the first time I've heard/"felt" a real sense progression in a piece of chip music %u2013
