gave up again

I really want to try and break out of my creative rut and I was hoping to not be as precious with songs that are nowhere near finished, because I have a tendency to give up on a WIP if I don't think it's any good within the first 5 minutes of starting it, but I keep doing things the same way I always do them, which is boring, and leads to me thinking they aren't any good so I just stop working on them etc.
It's an endless cycle so maybe I'll try a different approach to making next week's song because this song sucks ass haha
